Do you accept phone or email orders?

Unfortunately we can not process orders over the phone or via email, but it’s super simple to order online; though if you are in need any help just email us at info@modelia.ca. We would be happy to assist you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account.

However, if you are planning to buy from us in again the future (which we really hope is the case), it is worth creating an account, you’ll then be able to checkout faster, save delivery addresses, view and track orders, and even add all the things you love to a wish list, too.

What Payment Methods are accepted?

We like to give you the choice of how to pay so we gladly accept the following methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

We are able to process payments in five different currencies (CAD, USD, GBP, EUR, and AUD). Unless a different currency has been selected, all items are priced and sold in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How long will my order take?

Our products are made to order. We know you are eager to receive your goods and they will be ready to ship within 5 - 10 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been made and ships out. In the meantime, you can check your order status from your account.

Can I customize an item in my cart?

We can only customize strap length on bags. If you require a longer or shorter strap, please include your preferred length in the order notes field. Our strap measuring guide will show you how to measure.

Did you forget to include special measurements at time of order? Please email us at info@modelia.ca with your order number right away. We still may be able to add those changes to your order, depending on what stage the making or your item is in.

Do you do custom orders?

If you have an idea for a custom project, we would love to collaborate on something special. Lead time for custom orders is generally 3-6 weeks, however this can increase during peak times.

Custom orders are not sold through our online store, and after initial email will require a deposit to proceed.
