We ship worldwide, but our lowest rates are within North America (Canada and the US).

Please note: during the COVD-19 crisis, Canada Post cannot always guarantee shipment timing due to increased loads, so expect slower than posted shipping timelines in some areas. Thank you for your understanding!

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 5-10 business days to manufacture before they are shipped. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location as well as the method of shipping chosen at checkout.

Ontario: 1-4 business days

Quebec: 2-4 business days

Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan: 3-5 business days

International

We only offer the following international shipping services where available: Tracked Packet and Xpresspost International. Tracking and Insurance are included and shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been made and is ready for shipping, we send a confirmation, along with a tracking number and link to your email. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our facility.

Will taxes and duties be added to my order?

For Canadian orders being shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia or Ontario you will be charged HST at checkout. If your order is being sent to any other Canadian province, you will be charged GST only at checkout. No sales tax will be added to U.S. and International Orders.

For U.S. and International orders, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please consult your country's customs office for an accurate estimate. All international packages are subject to possible customs delays.

Returns

We do hope you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange all or part of your order please see below.

  • Returns for refund can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order. The only caveat: sale items, customized items and masks are final sale.
  • Items must be unused with the original tags attached.
  • Refunds can only be made back to the card used for the original order and will take up to 10 days to be processed back to the card.
  • Refunds can not be given for customized items (store credit only)
  • If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable. But if returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
  • Customers shipping returns from within Canada will receive a prepaid shipping label from us. International and U.S. customers must pay the return shipping costs. Since we will only issue the refund when we receive the item, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order and then request a return of your original purchase for a refund. Your order will be refunded once it has arrived back to our studio and has been processed in our system.
